DDR4 is the server memory generation behind Dell PowerEdge 13G through 15G, HPE ProLiant Gen9 through Gen10 Plus, and the Intel Xeon E5 v3 through Xeon Scalable third generation platforms. It is the largest memory generation in the catalogue, so it is split by module type below.
This generation holds more listings than one page can walk, so this page shows the first 9,996. The narrower collections below reach the rest, and every part is in Server Memory.

DDR3, DDR4 and DDR5 modules are keyed differently and do not interchange, so the generation your platform accepts comes first. Registered (RDIMM), load-reduced (LRDIMM) and unbuffered (UDIMM) modules cannot be mixed in one system: add the type already installed, or replace the full bank. Match rank and speed to the existing modules, and read an installed part number from iDRAC or iLO when in doubt.
