Shipping Policy

Memory Clearance ships orders throughout the United States using standard ground shipping. Orders totaling $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below $100.00, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Please note that free standard shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders being delivered to these locations.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been processed, please allow 1–2 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 3–8 business days for transit, for a total estimated delivery timeframe of 4–10 business days.

Expedited shipping services, including overnight and express delivery, are available during checkout for an additional charge. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Please note that expedited shipping services may not be available for Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery times to APO/FPO military addresses may vary. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
