Shipping Policy

Memory Clearance ships orders throughout the United States. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100.00 or more (before tax and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders below $100.00 ship at the FedEx rate for the service you choose at checkout.

Free standard shipping does not apply to network switches. Any order that contains a network switch ships at the FedEx rate for the service you choose at checkout, whatever the order total. Free standard shipping is also not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside the United States; those orders ship at the FedEx rate shown at checkout.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been processed, please allow 1–2 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 3–8 business days for transit, for a total estimated delivery timeframe of 4–10 business days.

Expedited shipping services, including overnight and express delivery, are available during checkout for an additional charge. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Please note that expedited shipping services may not be available for Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery times to APO/FPO military addresses may vary. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
