Quotes, volume orders, part sourcing and order support for new, refurbished and end-of-life enterprise hardware. Send a part number and a quantity and the answer comes back against that exact number. Quotes are answered weekdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, by phone on (800) 733-1169, by email at [email protected], or through the form below.

What to send for a quote

Five things settle most quotes in one pass. For several part numbers at once, the volume quote form takes them as a list with a quantity against each; otherwise put them in the message below.

  • The part number. OEM or manufacturer number, either works: a Dell or HPE module and its Samsung, Hynix or Micron original are the same part under different labels, and equivalents are matched. How to find the right part number.
  • The quantity, and whether it may ship in stages if the full count is not on the shelf.
  • The condition you will accept: new, refurbished, or either. Every listing states which it is. What the condition grades mean.
  • The server or system it goes into, so the part is checked for fit before you order rather than after.
  • The date you need it by.

How can we help you?

Volume and data center orders

Quantity, not price, is usually the constraint on a large secondary-market order. As of September 2026 the catalogue holds 12,518 distinct parts with 25 or more units available, 3,437,787 units in total across 108 brands. That depth sits in transceivers, server hard drives, server memory, server processors and power supplies: proven previous-generation and mainstream parts, which is what keeps an existing estate running and growing while new-build budget goes elsewhere. DDR5, NVMe and EPYC stock is thinner, and we do not carry GPUs.

Purchase orders are accepted from government agencies, enterprises, data centers and SMBs, and approved business customers can apply for net terms. Tax-exempt buyers should read the tax exemption page before ordering. For how quantity pricing is worked out, read buying server parts in volume; for what to buy used in a refresh, read the data center refresh guide; for platforms past vendor support, the end-of-life and end-of-service-life guide.

Existing orders, returns and support

Order and shipping questions go to [email protected] or (800) 733-1169. Delivery times and the free-shipping threshold are on the shipping page. A return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization number first: email [email protected], and read the return policy for the window, the restocking fee and what is excluded. Warranty terms are on the warranty page and accepted payment methods on the payment methods page.

Find the part first

Search by part number in the box at the top of the page, or browse by specification: DDR generation and module type, drive interface, form factor and capacity, endurance class, or processor family. The four largest categories are server memory, solid state drives, server hard drives and server processors.

Common questions

How quickly is a quote answered?

Within business hours, weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. A request that carries the part number, quantity, condition and system model is answered in one pass. A request without them gets a question back first, which is the slow path.

Can I get a quote on a part that is not listed?

Yes. Send the number you have and the system it goes into. Equivalent part numbers usually exist, and the catalogue is sourced from a global supplier network beyond what is listed at any moment.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. International shipments are quoted by destination, and customs duties, taxes and import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Details are on the shipping page.

Are the parts new or refurbished?

Both, and each listing states which. Refurbished parts are inspected and tested before shipment, and the condition shown on a listing is the condition you receive.
