Available in 1.5TB with Add-in-Card (AIC) and 2.5-Inch form factors, it employs the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. It supports up to 550K IOPS for 4KB random reads, 500K IOPS for 4KB random writes, and 500K IOPS for mixed 70/30 read/write workloads.
