The most listed brands in Network Switches are HPE, HP, Dell, Allied Telesis, Netgear and Juniper. Every listing names its manufacturer and part number, so you can search by either.
Both. Of the 21,828 listings, 13,365 state a condition: 11,196 are refurbished and 2,169 are new. The other 8,463 do not record one, so ask for it when you request a quote. The condition shown on a listing is the condition you receive.
5,864 Network Switches listings show a price you can order at. Items marked "Call for Price" have a Request for Quote button; send the part number and quantity and the sales team replies weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.
Network switches here are managed campus and data-center Ethernet switches in new, refurbished, and end-of-life supply: Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, HPE Aruba, Arista, Juniper, from 1G PoE access switches to 10G, 25G, 40G, and 100G aggregation. Choosing one comes down to four checks: port count and speed, PoE class and total PoE budget, uplink type, and the software feature tier. Memory Clearance lists switches (condition grades explained); for platforms past OEM end of life, third-party supply like this catalog is how fleets stay serviceable.
Ports and speeds first. Access switches are typically 24 or 48 ports of 1G with PoE; aggregation and top-of-rack units carry 10G/25G ports with 40G/100G uplinks. The listing name states the configuration ("48 PoE+ Ethernet ports, 4 SFP+ uplinks").
Check the PoE budget, not just the PoE label. A 48-port PoE+ switch powers 48 phones or APs only if its total PoE budget covers the draw; listings state the wattage where the OEM does (370W and 740W variants are common in Catalyst and Aruba lines). Class matters too: PoE+ (802.3at) and higher-power standards are not interchangeable ceilings.
Uplinks and optics. Uplink cages are SFP (1G), SFP+ (10G), SFP28 (25G), QSFP+ (40G), or QSFP28 (100G). Transceivers are separate line items unless a listing states otherwise; browse transceivers for matching optics, and verify optic coding against your switch vendor's compatibility matrix before ordering.
Feature tier and licensing. Layer-2 access and full Layer-3 routing are different software tiers on most current platforms (Cisco Catalyst listings name theirs, for example "Network Advantage"). On used and refurbished units, ask in the quote what software and license state ships with the unit before you build a design around a licensed feature.
End of life is a supply question, not a function question. An EOL switch keeps switching; what ends is OEM support and spares. The working pattern for EOL fleets is a cold spare per critical model plus a parts source; that is the role this catalog plays.
Enterprise switches are built for continuous duty, and a tested unit with a clean boot and port map is a standard purchase in fleet operations. The condition shown on a listing is the condition you receive; warranty terms are on the warranty page. See condition grades.
The listing states what ships with the unit. Transceivers are not included unless the listing states them.
The OEM stops selling, then stops supporting it. The hardware continues to work; parts and spares shift to the secondary market. Keep a spare and a supplier.
Many operators run MSA-compliant optics coded for their switch vendor; OEM support policies differ, and coding must match the switch. Our listings state the brand of every optic; verify against your vendor's matrix or ask in the quote.
Quantity, not price, is usually the constraint on a large secondary-market order. In Network Switches we hold 282 distinct parts with 25 or more units available, 65,557 units in total. Depth varies by part number, so a volume request is answered against the exact number you need.
Send the part number, the quantity, the condition you will accept and the server model. Optics are usually the bigger line item once a buildout is counted in racks: see buying transceivers in volume. Send a volume request through the contact form, putting the part numbers and quantities in the message, or read how to get quantity pricing. Quotes are answered weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
